Please check that you have electrical power plugged in and turned on

Printing

Is the computer that is physically connected to the printer turned on? If not, turn it on
Does the printer have power- usually has a small green light indicating it's on
If paper is jammed- please do not attempt to pull it out as there are main small components that can easily break

Easiest way is to turn the projector on first and the computer on second- the computer will autosense a projector and project both images
If not it varies according to your projector and laptop model- see choice below

Wireless not connecting- first thing to check is that wifi is turned on on the laptop

On Dell Lattitude E6400- there's a switch on the right hand side of the laptop- it has a antenea symbol, it's on unless you see a red line. It also has a led light indicating that the wifi is on on the upper left hand side

On HP 620- key to right of f12 should have blue light on, press if orange light The wireless symbol looks like an antennae just below the screen, it should be lit
   

 

Smart Board Software starts up only when you are logged into the computer as a faculty member, not classroom number
     
bluetooth This is the bluetooth that needs to be plugged into your laptop to connect to the Smart Board. This should be in the laptop securely and when connected lights up.
  **Please do not borrow another teachers, as they create a relationship with the board and can create conflicts when moved around
     
     
     

 

There's no way to completely eliminate spam mail. Think about the junk mail you get everyday when companies are paying to mail it out. there are some ways to reduce it. spam

Use the unsubscribe- it works. Most companies provide an unsubscribe to their mailings.
 
If it sounds too good to be true, chances are it is. If you won a million dollars, don't send your social security number or bank account information online spam cartoon

Your anti-virus should always be up to date- check for updates- Scan

Here are some possible solutions to try:

Email will begin synchronizing once the credentials are entered correctly as required in step 5 above.

Once the setup has been completed, you are presented with a list of your messages. While viewing the message list, you are also able to change the settings that are assigned to this account by tapping on the Menu icon -- which is directly to the left of the Home icon -- and then tapping Account settings. The following options are available:

  1. Account name
  2. Your name
  3. Email check frequency
  4. Amount to synchronize
  5. Default account (simply if this will be the default email account on your DROID)
  6. Email notifications
  7. Select ringtone
  8. Vibrate
  9. Incoming settings (to modify server settings)
  10. Sync contacts

The menu icon also gives you more options which include refresh, compose, folders, accounts and account settings (above).
