Summertime is a great time to read. This is your job over the summer:

1) Read a minimum of 6 Books and record what you have read on the Reading Log

2) Make a Summer Reading Bookmark

3) Check off the dates that you read (15) minutes or more on the New York State Assembly’s Summer Reading Challenge.

Please feel free to read what you like. Don’t know where to start? Get suggestions from your friends and family, or use the suggestions from the Summer Reading Challenge Brochure. In September, your teacher will collect this sheet & the Summer Reading Challenge Calendar.
