Thomas Jefferson was a great man who made many achievements for the United States. He was an ideal person to look up to.
He changed the United States and the people who lived here. He was an incredible man who helped many people in the
United States homes, jobs, and land.
He was a very interesting man to learn about. He was a very great man. He was one of the United States greatest presidents.

 
WHY THEY ARE THEY ARE INPORTANT TO YOU AND OTHERS? FACT AND OPINION
Thomas Jefferson did many great things to help the United States grow. He had also written the Declaration of Independence with John Adams,
Benjamin Franklin, and two other men. He did many things for our great nation. He helped the United States and he was a great man.                                  
  He was a very great and interesting person to learn about.

CHIDHOOD FACTS
His father, a landowner, surveyor, and government official, died when Thomas Jefferson was fourteen years old. Ever since he was nine,
Jefferson studied not far from his home with his tutor. Later, he enrolled at the great College of William and Mary in a town named Williamsburg, Virginia.
His education helped him with many problems such as economy, math, and politics. The education he got helped him with many problems
as a child, young adult, and as the third president of the United States. 

    ADULTHOOD                                                              
In Jefferson’s adulthood one great achievement that happened was the Louisiana Purchase. That was when his friend bought the Louisiana
Territory from France so that they wouldn’t close a few of our best places for exporting and importing goods. He bought all that land for
just fifteen million dollars. Another great event that happened when he was an adult was when he got married. His wife was a kind lady
named Martha Jefferson. Another great event that occurred when he was an adult was when he got children. He had two girls. After his
wife died his eldest daughter worked as his first lady.

  CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE WORLD
When he got the Louisiana Territory he added a lot of land for the United States. Today if he didn’t buy the Louisiana Territory we wouldn’t
have many of our states and France would own one third of our land. If Thomas Jefferson hadn’t helped the United States many people wouldn’t
be here and no one would be on some of our money. Also, if he hadn’t written the Declaration of Independence we might have not been able to

Learning about Thomas Jefferson helps me because I know a lot more about Jefferson so that can help me in school. Learning about Thomas
Jefferson makes me feel like I am an expert about the history of the United States. I feel like I know more about Thomas Jefferson then
anyone else. I would recommend learning about this person to someone else because Thomas Jefferson because he is very interesting learning about him
and the many great things he did for the United States. He was an amazing person to learn about. I would recommend him too many people.
